Hortok

A seemingly competent and necessary remark exclaimed by random individuals.

Some what of an onamatapoeia.

A word exclaimed for no apparent reason, but for the self satisfaction of the individual and the idivdual's mouth and pallet

The word itself is usually followed by a gesture of the hand involving a medial rotation of the wrist in a proximal positon followed by an adduction forward and up as though one were pushing on the ceiling.
A common variation of the gesture is a slap on the instigator's forehead rather than a push to the heavens.

Indicative of mental disorder, or perhaps a higher order of thinking. Not enough evidence based medicing is around to prove such a theory.

Thought to be a primitive aztec means of worship

"HORTOK!", excalaimed the gentleman

Hoowhatta!?

Derived from the scriptures of Lil' John.
"WHHHHHAATT!??"
It means: what?
The use of the prefix "hoo" suggests that the word bearer has gotten owned. Aka: oh no!
Can also be a word for okay and acceptance when formed into the word: hoot or hooty

Hoowhatta!? WHY'D YOU TAKE MY PEN!?

HOOOO...I GOT OWNED BY LACK OF EXPERTISE IN THE CULINARY FIELD, MY FOOD IS CRAP.

swagman

A colloquial Australian term. A sort of drifter whose possessions fit into his swag (sack). Somewhat of a thief.

Made famous in the famous australian song:
WALTZING MATILDA

Waltzing Matilda lyrics:
"once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong, under the shade of a coolabah tree...and he sang as he watched and waited till his billy boiled, you'll come a waltzing matilda with me"
