It is a variation of the slang, meh, which is to feel unenthusiastic and apathetic about something, a situation, or emotionally, but exponentially worse.

When a person attempts to gaslight someone by making statements that are obviously inaccurate to the victim in order for the victim to call into question its validity and its absurdity.
This will tend to get an emotional response from the victim and detract away from the victim's original concern.
This will tend to cycle into each person accusing the other of gaslighting the other.
