A portmanteau of "losing" and "colluding." The term is used when individuals collude to win a game but manage to lose it.

to be ugie biding; to ugie bide. The act of blatent carelessness towards acts of hygenie; usually applied in situations where someone is unemployeed and living with parents.

The Raw and Uncut had a chance to plow that girl but he was to busy ugie biding, but he probably didnt have a chance with the girl even if he wasnt ugie biding.

The kid is so ugie bides that he doesnt wake up until 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
