The command in several MS-DOS Systems which is used by Indians (Tech Support) to scare you that you have a Virus (wirus) on your Computer. It actually lists all the dictionarys that are saved on your Computer.

Horní Police

Whoa, mate! Read carefully. This is not "Horny Police" if you thought. It's called Horní Police. That's a small town in Czechia which means Oberpolitz in German. Many towns/names end with the czech -ce. So, it is actually Mainstream there.
