An American way of spelling words; it commonly replaces the end letters -ise.
No one knows why there is a difference, but there is. Most people outside of America will attempt twist this into some commentary on America whilst America will say it is simply unique. The truth is, one side hates z, and the other side not as much.
Seriously, why does the letter z get so much hate? It has to sit aside while the letter s takes up nearly every position z deserved. Z has rights too!
Except the word laser; laser is an acronym.
I realize quickly that to memorize the lecture, I would have to baptize myself. It made no sense, but I did it anyway. (Note that realize, memorize, and baptize all end in -ize.)
