A sound made with ones tongue to imitate a referee whistle. Most commonly used to aggravate a friend or stranger immediately after they have had some type of misfortune.

EX1: "Friend spills a drink in his/her lap" DDT!!

EX2: "Friend reaches for wallet to pay for something and does not have it" DDT!!

EX3: "Friend cast fishing line over a tree branch" DDT!!
