Usually used in response to opaque text or speech that requires prior knowledge of jargon to understand.

"Has my order been despatched?"

"It's showing as having been processed by the User Satisfaction Team on the system."

"I'm sorry sir I don't know what that means."

"Like your response, it is an answer that is only clear if you already know what it means."
