Funniest part is that though Adam was dead, making his kill count 28 people (including him), he had his brotherâs Ryan Lanzaâs ID on him which led the police to think Ryan was the perpetrator. (How?) Ryan was taken by the police for a short amount of time until they had realised it was Adam not Ryan.
