'Madeuppy' pronounced 'made-e-up-e' is new word used to describe statistics that are either made up or not correctly sourced.

In the Digital economy it has become a widespread trend for 'bragging rights' and 'Vanity stats' to reference this trend and word.

The word appears to have originated in the Pyrmont area of Sydney Australia.
