Poop yoga. Flexible stretches and positions used while sitting on the toilet in order to have a smooth poop. Used in large poop scenarios where your turd is so massive that you worry you might tear your butt hole or give yourself a hemorrhoid if you aren't careful. Poga exercises like learning forward or stretching arms and legs around will relieve butt pressure for an easy release.
I just finished my third cup of coffee and now I've got to do some advanced toilet poga or my hemorrhoids are definitely coming back. Wish me luck!
