An acronym for that point when you've had all the shit thrown at you, and you're at a crossroads: to continue giving a shit or to go beyond and not give a shit.

Father: Your mother and I are getting a divorce.

Poga

Poga,poga is a sort of yoga wich envolves basic yoga and a cat.
You do normal yoga but you do it all while holding a cat.

Poga

Poop yoga. Flexible stretches and positions used while sitting on the toilet in order to have a smooth poop. Used in large poop scenarios where your turd is so massive that you worry you might tear your butt hole or give yourself a hemorrhoid if you aren't careful. Poga exercises like learning forward or stretching arms and legs around will relieve butt pressure for an easy release.

I just finished my third cup of coffee and now I've got to do some advanced toilet poga or my hemorrhoids are definitely coming back. Wish me luck!
