Definition 1:
A ‘Coochie Smith’ is a girl who takes a liking to her teacher. Being around her teacher sends tingles to her downstairs area, henceforth ‘coochie’, and ‘Smith’ is the most common, generic teacher name, which gives the ‘Smith’ a place in the phrase.
