TWANK

Pulling ones own self while conversing on twitter. Combination of the words wank and tweet. Often referred to as a twanker.

Just finished doing 5,000 sit-ups and now contemplating a run along the beach. (this is a tweet but obviously a very big wank and hence a twank)
