"Sakupen" meaning "collected", a collected baddie is a female who is really respectable, fun to be around and (sometimes) nice. Their sakupen ambience (or personality) is accounted for, rather than the look of their body. Like how "Baddie" is used towards attractive women, 'Sakupen Baddie' is used towards women with good personality.

When someone has sakupen rage, they often loose control of their own thoughts and do things that they're not in control of due to how mad they are.
