Used frequently by school students in urban Sydney.
It allegedly originated from a science teacher who had a tendancy to overpunctuate.
Also used in the form "to chuck a Creedle"
student 1 writes: the UNIT of "electrical potential energy" is Joules (J)!!!
student 2: wow, since when did you start to Creedle??
