An intergenerational friend.

My parents decided to stop parenting me and started to treat me as a gen friend instead.

Kidism

Kidism is like feminism except it's about kids and kid's rights. It's about ending forced education and promoting unschooling, self-directed learning and democratic schools. It also raises public awareness about adultism, and how kids should be treated with respect, and allowed to control their own lives.

The girl decided that kidism was more important than feminism.
