An aggressive offer for a property, particularly one made out for an amount far above the asking price and way before the date that offers are to be officially accepted. A tactic some house buyers use in order to bypass the bidding war. Also is known as a pre-emptive offer.

Man! This city's real estate market is really hot! So don't wait until the date the seller asks for to make an offer. Because if you don't make an early bully offer, some other buyers will.

Inflammation or blistering of the brain caused by overexposure to direct words.

Even though the author of the book "The Tree of Philosophy" advises me that it is 'meant to be read slowly, to be "mulled over", roughly one chapter ... per week', but I'd rather be recognizing of my ignorance and simply zipping through the book as quickly as possible--to avoid a wordburn by the post-Kantian metaphysics, Kant's view of religiousness, and all other Kantian stuff.

exolution = exodus + evolution; or

exolution = exodus + revolution; or

exolution = exodus + solution; hence

exolution indicates a movement away from stagnant way of doing business and toward a creative, global, and holistic approach to business.

What we need here is more than a mere solution, more than an evolution--even a revolution is not enough. Let us all plunging out, starting an all-out exolution.
