Wise Mule Syndrome: A condition in which one cannot stop being a smart ass, regardless of race, culture, situation, alcoholic content, or media. While the contemporary social view is that clinical sufferers of this condition are choosing to be a smart ass, it is in fact, medically impossible for them not to be without the proper medication. If you encounter someone who has been diagnosed with WMS the proper response is to either back away slowly, or laugh at everything they say as the are inwardly sensitive and self-conscious. And awesome.

The fraud stems from the fact that the creator passes the video off as an accidental or coincidental capture rather than what it is, a story or random kindness that was pre-planned and shot accordingly. The recipient of the kindness may or may not be aware of the plan for video recording. This type of video is often used in virtue signaling.

someone who, after reading said header to an article, becomes enraged, shares the article and overly emotionalizes the idea behind the header, whether for or against, such that it enrages their sphere of interaction. This is similar to a headerist but their incredulity rises to a stupid and obnoxious level.
