Illinois Senator/Presidential candidate Barack Obama. Usually, the "Hussein" is added by critics (conservative politicians, Fox News, the people of West Virginia) to draw parallels with Saddam Hussein.
Barack is actually named after his father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., who was born before the Iraqi leader. Hussein is actually a very popular Arabic name which means good or handsome. The Hussein is often used to fuel the omnipresent "Secret Muslim" rumors, which is ironic since Saddam was a secular leader.
"Did you know that his full name is Barack Hussein Obama?"--Steve Doocy, multiple times.
"I don't like the Hussein. I've had enough of Hussein!"--some West Virginia voter that was aired on many newscasts.

The first black president in the history of the United States. If he succeeds (fixes ecomony, calms middle east etc.), he will go down as the greatest president of all time, at least to democrats. If he fails, he will go down as the "muslim" who ruined america, even though hes not actually muslim.
If he succeeds: "Barack Hussein Obama is a god! a god i say!"
Fails: "Barack Hussein Obama was probabaly a secret muslim who wanted to destroy America."

Obama's full name. His middle name is emphasized by haters to imply similarity to Saddam Hussein, or that he is radical Muslim (which Saddam was not). The other candidates say they oppose this tactic as juvenile name-calling, but their supporters keep doing it.
McCain reamed talk radio goon Bill Cunningham for chanting "barack HUSSEIN obama" over and over again.

A man with the extraordinary ability to induce a primal state of paranoia and rage known as Obama Derangement Syndrome upon fanatical conservatives to the point where they take out their rage on Urban Dictionary by writing long winded, wildly incoherent and nonsensical definitions such as the one at the top of this page, and even hacking the votes on their own definitions in a pathetic attempt to make their extremist views appear popular, as if any minds will be changed by the spewings of some angry basement dweller on a site which everyone knows is a real bastion of unbiased, factual information.

1. An Iraqi of the Baath Party, who supports the restoration of Baath Party, Saddam-style leadership in Iraq.
2. A person of any country who knows that Saddam never "gassed his own people".
3. A person of any country who thinks Saddam's rule was good for Iraq and that he just got a bad shake from the Bushes and the Jews.

He argues that the Catholic Church did well in Iraq under Saddam, Tariq Aziz was Catholic and the Vatican was the last to pull out it's embassy and spoke against the Iraq Invasion. He thinks women did better in Iraq under Saddam and Bush went in there with the Neocons and messed everything up for no reason. He also says the Kurds were fighting on the Iranian side in the Iran-Iraq War so they deserved to be gassed.
