Low-Key Shade- noun/verba word popularized by pop culture and reality TV in 2010's; slang for passive aggression- that is being, marked by, or displaying behavior characterized by the expression of negative or lukewarm feelings, resentment, and aggression in an unassertive or ambiguous way because one is scared or too cowardly to be direct.

Friend: "Wassup homie, I just got my first car, it's a 1994 Cutlass Sierra"
Friend #2: "That's wassup!"
Low Key Shader: "Damn those are some shiny hubcaps on that ride; that's gonna go good with your eyeglasses... being that there metal frame and all"

Low Functioning Autism

Autism, but with an intellectual disability. A person with Low Functioning Autism will not be able to live independently, unlike people with High Functioning Autism or Asperger's Syndrome.

People with Low Functioning Autism often have little to no speech. They may make random noises as oppose to words. (LFA is the abbreviation for Low Functioning Autism.)

Alfred was recently wed as he acquired his position at Lowe's. Once a team member he engaged in the act of the Lowe's Lemonade Stand, impregnating two girls. He realized it was a cheap free for all.

Is a basic idea of someone who gets around with the lowest budget illegally and legally.

For An Example:
A Low Budget Gangster rides around in a cadillac with one rim
Or He tries to get around stealing and selling things
to pawn shops.
Which is low budget,
he is trying to look "Pimpin" or "Ballin" with low cash.
