A word commonly misused and misunderstood for a type of Mexican with low hygienic standards. Although a real meaning is yet to be found, but some may say that it was intentional to have no meaning.

You: "So ur mexing-out?"
Friend: "Yea man, mex-out"
To act Mexican. To act out Mexican stereotypes. To eat Mexican food. To illegally enter a foreign country.
The Mexican man was totally mexing it across the border to avoid the border patrol. He was very stealthy.
Tex-Mex is used commonly to to define male white/european together in couples with non-white hispanics, hence the name, "Tex-Mex", coming from Texas-Mexico. It's less commonly used in male hispanic/female white.
