Characteristics of a twat often include: a staggering unawareness of personal space/hygiene, sudden and violent aggression at anyone who appears more intelligent, difficulty grasping polite requests and instead misinterpreting them as demagogic orders, and making generally limited use of his/her 1-2 pound brain.

the "other" girls who dare to be in,around, or walking by the bar occupied by girlfriend(s) that you know. girls who are not involved in your friends group. the "other" girls may appear to be bar sluts, trashy, or just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Being a twat is doing something idiotic, doesn't matter the scene.
One of those examples of being a twat is the YouTube channel Brave Wilderness;
doing something intentional - like purposely being stung by a bullet ant - for their job.
