A statement, basically appropriate for any situation when one gives a thought or feeling, that shows that whatever one says is completely obsolete. This shows when one uses "Doubt it! Ooh!" that he or she will not take any **** from anyone.

There seem to be no reasons for doubting that these are cases of genuine protective mimicry.
Used when there is an element of disbelief or lack of evidence to support a given opinion/statement.
