A word used in a comment section to artificially add a comment(s) to a post, therefore making it appear higher in other people's feed and making people more likely to see it.
Guy: "Yo I'll pay someone $50 to mow my lawn"
(2 hours later)
Guy: "Bump"
"I'm going to bump his drink",
"Mate I can't believe you bumped my drink".
At least as old as Black & White movies, a Bump is "A Little More" of something, typically intoxicating.
"Can I bump you up" = get you another cocktail, line of coke/ketamine, etc.

Alex was bumpin in his car with a new sound system.
Alfonso was caught bumpin at two AM by his parents being woken up by such loud noise.
