A Semen Wizard is a male who has a powerful and sexual social dominance on the internet. The equivalence of an Alpha Male for the internet where physical appearance is not visible.
Semen Wizards are found on sites such as Twitch where an anonymous chatter can seduce a female streamer and use his internet wisdom to profoundly interact with her, unlike others who yearn for their attention.
Females can also be Semen Wizards if they are female streamers who can gain a large number of males to become obsessed with them sexually.
