This is a biohazard like state which exists on your hands from going to the gym and handling various equipment with your hands.
This condition derives from hundreds of men using the gym equipment who hardly wipe their own asses let alone wash their hands.
The only way to rectify this potentially dangerous condition is to thoroughly wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap directly after your workout.
1. "Whew that was some workout, let's get outta here" says Jeff. "Wait a minute, I got gym hands...let me go wash them real quick" wisely responds James.
2. "Poor Jesse...what caused him to go into a coma" asks Jeff. "He forgot to wash his "gym hands" after working out and then he ate a sandwich. The poor fellow caught SARS, Shingles, Gout and the Black Plague...honestly it was too much for the human body so it shut down" replied James.

The build up of endorphins that comes from working out intensively, which produces an euphoric altered state or "high."
Man, I just hit the gym hard and I'm flying high as a kite on endorphins. I've got a serious gym buzz going on.

A person (male or female) who spends time at a gym or in an environment made for working out. The amount of time varies based on factors impacting their free time.
Rather than workout to become stronger and build muscle mass, they focus on toning their body and defining their features, mainly the waist, buttocks, and legs.
They can be spotted wearing tight and/or short clothes that accentuate the curves of their body.
Gym bunnies are also commonly obsessed with healthy eating, but are not one to openly judge others.
They are normally perky or sarcastic in personality, and there is little to no in-between. A gym bunny will often just avoid people who they have had negative interactions with in the past.
A gym bunny can make a great friend or workout partner, as they gently nudge you to push a bit further to better yourself without coming across as rude or pushy.
"That guy/girl over there doing squats is such a gym bunny. I don't agree with their workout but they're friendly and bring positive vibes to the gym."

A Form of working out, without having to lift free weights nor running or swimming. No actual gym. The Skin Gym is when get it. ...sex > instead of physically going to the gym and lifting, running, bla bla bla you have extra physical activities with partner at your discretion. You still have a gggreat workout... if you do it right. climax people climax!

A very mentally and physically degrading class implemented by the Illinois government because children are getting fat. It does not benefit children in any physical or mental way but rather has been linked to multiple personality disorder, chronic eating problems, hatred for exercise, suicide, fights, detentions, abdominal pain, explosive vometing, head injuries, broken bones, homosexuality, vandilism, fatuige, poor quiz and test scores, spontanius heart attacks and strokes, teacher brutality, and athsma attacks that can lead to brain damage or death.
