Pig Sick

Pig sick is when you feel very sick. Not to the point where you need to go to the hospital, but sick enough that you can complain to all your family and friends and instead of laughing at you, they actually sympathize.

Person 1: "Just how sick are you?"

Person 2: "My head hurts, I have a runny nose, and a sore throat."

Person 1: Woah, you are definitely pig sick."

Sick Jurn

A phrase used to express support for one’s choice, path, experience etc.

Typically used as a response to someone’s story.

Most often it is used in a sincere, endearing manner as a slight deflection of emotions as to make light of a heavy statement.

Jim: “....and after all that heartbreak, I told my dad I made centerfield so he should come to my games now.”
Frank: “sick jurn man haha that’s deep.”

The Sickness

This is also an old or possibly ancient nautical term used to describe the condition in which a sailor falls in love with ocean going life or even the sea itself. One with this condition may spend several years upon the waters with only brief time ashore.

I can't believe Hugh turned 62 today and he already has 37 years seatime(1 year seatime =365 days at sea) he must have been young when he got the sickness.
