Beer talk

Beer talk is what someone says when they have had too much to drink. They slur it out, as if they were the wisest person on earth, and you had better listen to them. If you don't make it look like you are paying attention, they are liable to either cry, or want to fight. It is basically incoherent babbling that leads to nothing, means nothing, and is complete and utter BS talk.

I was so SICK of hearing him beer talk for the past few hours; I could not wait until he passed out. If I had to listen to one more minute of his crap I think I would have knocked his ass out. He wouldn't have known who hit him any way, he was so shit faced.

punishment beer

A beer that must be drunk warm and flat the following morning as punishment for thinking you'd be able to manage a whole can when you came home drunk, but in fact collapsed after just a mouthful.
Not to be confused with Hair of the Dog.

I kicked myself when I saw the almost full Special Brew next to my bed in the morning. Of all the punishment beers in the world, this was one of the worst.

beer fine

1. noun - A fine that a whitewater rafting guide has to pay to his or her fellow raft guides if they have swimmers or carnage. Actual fines vary from company to company, but the fee schedule usually looks something like this:
1 swimmer: six pack
guide swims: case
guide misses the take-out: case
boat flips: six pack per swimmer, a case for the guide swimming, and a case for flipping a boat (can result in over 3 cases worth of beer fines)

2. noun - A fine that a ski patroller has to pay to his fellow patrollers for making a mistake while working. It's usually a 12 pack. Again, the fee schedule may vary from mountain to mountain, but its usually charged for something like missing a bump on a sweep, or accidentally swearing over the radio.

1. "Stuart owes a beer fine for flipping with 4 customers, that's 3 cases."

2. Joe Ski Patroller on radio: "Dispatch, this is a clusterfuck out here--er, i mean, this is a 10-23."
Dispatch: "Dispatch copies your beer fine, and your 10-23."

beer mugger

beer mugger (n). The man you discover
has hit you over the head and taken
£5 out of your wallet the morning after

Pre-Beer

Drinking the cheap beer or wine at home or in your car in the parking lot to catch a buzz before buying the expensive booze at the club

Q: What time you wanna head out?

A: I dunno, lets Pre-Beer it around 8 pm

Craft Beer

Drink and lifestyle choice of hipsters and bicurious middle aged men (see also Pilsners).

I had to revoke Brando’s man card because he posted about how much he loves craft beer.
