The Relation Ship

Punny way to talk about getting with someone. The relation ship sets sail when people become unsure about the shore and sea the tides and times changin'. To be forced aboard the relation ship is to be stolen by pirates and held against your will. Often people will try and force you on a speed boat, but be sure to take your life jacket. Ultimately this ends badly; see the tale of Titanic, the epitome of rough seas and one will be forced to walk the plank. Often relation ships head towards Love Island (see Paul Danan), but there can be complications en route, such as an interfering 3rd party, known as an iceberg.

See also friend ship and companion ship

Check Jack and Rose getting aboard the relation ship. This probably won't end in Titanic.

Does anyone else want to potentially try and force me on the relation ship? ALL ABOARD, settin sail, bon voyage

Oh my cod, you're so shellfish, you will never get on the relation ship.

Flag the ship

When a man has sex with a woman who is pregnant with another man's baby.

1. If you try to flag the ship, I'll fucking break your ass.

2. Baby, don't tell me you let someone flag the ship!

pump ship

1. to urinate(crude. From the expression that refers to pumping the bilge water form a ship.)

2. to vomit(crude. Less well known than sense one.)

I felt like my bladder would burst If I did not pump ship soon.

Shipping Wars

Verbal arguments between people who have different opinions about romantic relationships between characters of a show, book, etc.

A noticeable one would be the war between a

Robin/Raven shipper and a Robin/Starfire Shipper.

Don't say anything negative about "Stranded" online. You'll start a shipping war.

roll of the ship

A naval term used as an excuse by somebody who stumbles into the back of another person, often when the penis of the stumbler is in a somewhat turgid state. The stumbler is blaming the way the ship is rolling about in what is probably a heavy sea.

The usual response to that involves a roll of lino. That is a comparison with a roll of linoleum floor covering, i.e. something hard, thick and long. That may be a warning to not do it again, or a thinly veiled invitation to do it again, only more deliberately. Nobody knows which is which until they respond in the wrong way.

Jim Lad: "What the fuck was that???"

Nobby: "Sorry, roll of the ship"

Jim Lad: "Felt more like a roll of lino"

Nobby: "Oh, interested?"

Jim Lad: "Go and fuck yourself"

Ship Names

When you take a shipping of two people (or characters) and you put their names together, creating one name for the pair that is fluent and doesn't sound weird.

Eli and Caitlyn
Caitli or Eliyn would both be good ship names because they combine the two names without the ship name being to long or hard to pronounce.
