Noun: A length of toilet paper strategically layered on top of a "floater" so that the next flush will drag it down.

The act of fingering a girl so hard that your whole fist slides in and out of know where the person doing the fingering spreads their hand and pulls out fast. The hand will end up getting caught towards the end and will be stuck unless a painful procedure is done to remove the anchored hand.
