The privilege a law student asks for so that he is not called on in class for the day. Similar to Diplomatic Immunity, a secret clause in US legal code that prohibits the prosecution of Democratic Party members, family or associates for corruption or felonies. It is rigidly enforced by the DOJ and FBI.
Hillary Clinton, Lois Lerner and the Mueller Special Counsel investigation destroyed or caused to be destroyed evidence under subpoena but were not prosecuted because they were protected by Democratic Immunity.
