A phrase, commonly used by secondary school science teachers at the end of the school year, who will state the lesson will be “chill” and “relaxed” while simultaneously handing out inch-thick worksheets to the class. The class will then watch a two-decade old video before filling out the worksheet from a PowerPoint presentation. According to the teacher this must be complete by the end of the lesson.
So, it’s just a very chilled lesson today guys, not much for you to do. I’ve got a video for you to watch, so there isn’t much work that needs to be done.
Intend to induce or enhance the feeling of relaxed mood. Basically a much harsher way of saying "chill out".

It means that you are relax and cool with some situation. That time when your nipples get relaxed. Instead of been hard, they are soft and no pointing up.
