A list created by the individuals of a monogomous relationship at the point of becoming exclusive in order to notate which celebrities they are allowed to have sex with, if given the opportunity, and will not have committed any kind of wrong-doing that may conflict with the current terms of monogomy agreed upon by the individuals of the relationship. The details, such as number of times sex is allowed, sexual acts perform such as oral, anal, and various positions, must be decided by the couple. This term is derived from the TV show Entourage, Season 3 Episode 10. This may also be known as a "Celeb list".

1. (noun) List of items for a project that still need to be completed after a project is closed and handed over to the requestor. These are items not necessary to start and run the process but were part of the project scope.
2. (noun) List of people or things that need to be literally or figuratvely punched. This list is typically held by a project manager or engineer and often contains the names of those who caused punchlist items.
1. Guy 1: We are two days late on intalling this pipe. How can we get this done?
Guy 2: Just put in the pipe and we can punchlist the insulation. We can come back next week and get it.
2. They delayed us 2 days and cost us $500k extra? Oh yea, the pipefitters are on the punch list.

For people in a committed relationship, a list of people with whom they are allowed to have sexual encounters with.
The term comes from the people on the list being "exceptions" to your committed relationship. i.e. "I'm not allowed to have sex with anyone but my girlfriend..... except for Jennifer Aniston"
Both men and women can have exception lists and in most relationships where they're used each person will have their own list.
Typically the people on an exception list are models or celebrities or people whom you would never expect to have a chance to sleep with. Although it is possible to have an exception list naming a co-worker or a friend this would not be common.
Carrie Underwood is so hot. I'm adding her to my exception list!

It's not usually a list of delightful acts to blissfully orgasm your way through, it's designed to be more of a test of endurance. For example, rimming someone over 2 and a half times your age would gain you 200 points, whereas performing full oral servicing on someone 2 and a half times your weight would net you 1000. There's usually a trophy act which involves all holes and someone smokin' hot but it's infinitely easier to nail the god awful stuff.
