1-n. A teenager or student inexplicably driven to perform, create, or obsess over musical shows. Often found in small herds within the confines of high schools, they feed off of broadway music, gossip, and applause.
To no one's surprise, the show kids managed to turn the entire English class into song.

An expression of approval, often for a job well done, or approval of a characteristic. Amplifications include, 'jolly' (polite), 'bloody' (impolite) and others. Sometimes used sarcastically. Primarily dated/retro British slang.
Intentional:
You invite some friends over to watch TV, and they show up with pizza and/or Chinese take-out.
You: "Good show!"
Sarcastic:
Bobby rides his skateboard down some steps, hops up on a railing, slides down it, loses his balance, and lands face-first on the concrete.
Eric: "Jolly good show, ol' chap!"

A TV show that actually has very little to do with reality, so named just because corporate dumbfucks needed a buzzword to attract attention and they couldn't think of a term that actually fit.
