A guilt sticker (or usually a packet of them) is included in non-profit promotional mailings designed to make the recipient feel guilty in the event that he/she does not donate. They often have photos of symbols (e.g. kittens) the recipient is likely to identify with, or are printed with the recipients address to serve as return-address labels for letters, or both.
"I put this Sierra Club guilt sticker on my notebook because I thought the wolf was cool. Now every time I see it I feel terrible that I didn't donate."
When you tell someone you’re going to commit suicide if they don’t do something you want them to; telling someone your going to commit suicide to make them feel bad
“Did you hear she suicide guilted her ex to hook up with her?”
A girl/woman who uses guilt to get her friends to succumb to her wishes. Said girl/woman uses this power extensively, especially with her male friends.
What a guilt queen!
When someone you hardly know/don't particularly like sends you a friend request on Facebook/My Space. Even though you don't really want to be friends, you feel obligated to accept the request.
Jen: Hey, I see on your Facebook page that you're friends with Bob now. When did this happen?
Sam: Face-guilt, man! I felt too bad rejecting the request.
Combines "pyramid" as in pyramid sales, and guilting, to provide a collective descriptor for all those items of social media content that seek to get themselves viral by exploiting human decency and empathy.
Individually they are generally good and moral, but as a collective phenomenon, they are experienced as moral blackmail and only cause empathy fatigue and insidious alienation from the causes they seek to promote.
That pyramid-guilt post was trying to suggest I wasn't loyal to my friends unless I liked, shared and copy-paste posted it to everyone.
Pyramid guilting is usually bad and wrong and 'poor me' attention-seeking but, just sometimes, it really is done for a sufficiently good cause.
The half second of fleeting guilt an alpha male feels as he out lifts a once equal bro before his instincts kick in and he adds another plate his bench press to cement his pack leader status.
Out lifting my best friend left me with a ton of BETA guilt, but it had to be done.

e.g. too much air travel,

'Man, I have to fly to Zurich for the second time this month'
'Whoa, you must have some major carbon guilt over that'
