A Los Angeles County suburb in Southern California, located about 30 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The neighborhood is within the Pomona city limits, but many would never know due to the absence of Pomona street signs and the fact that Phillips Ranch is also used for mail purposes. Many folks who reside here don’t like to consider themselves as Pomona due to the contrasts between the neighborhood and the rest of the city. Crime is not too bad either, but
