It is a cheap and flimsy pen, typically found in restaurants, usually presented with the check. This item is needed for carrying out "Beezness" : important tasks of an undefinable nature.

A word that can replace any other word ever invented. Beeze is commonly substiuted for words you would not want others to hear.

It was in the change room that I first noticed that he had beez on tee (balls on top); or, I could really go for some beez on tee (beans on toast).
