A poor town on the coast of Massachusetts where everyone is always drunk. Where all the fun people are from. Everybody makes fun of it but they secretly wish they lived there because it’s starting to get really rich and everybody there is a total alcoholic.

1) A really crappy predicament. A shitty situation that you find yourself in that is almost unfair.
