A finance company scammy way of saying they're going to add 100% to the interest so 35 + 15% APR is really 35 + 115% so you're going to pay a total of 215% all together. Whereas 200% of 35 is 70, 215% of 35 is 75.25.
Most scams in America involve taking away property rights so you dont own anything to make you a slave, this one is no different. You can't afford a house you rent, your car breaks down and you have to buy another before you finish paying for that one, you don't buy software anymore you subscribe, and your job pays you just enough to pay everyone else and if you're lucky eat.
