often used in the context of video games, to describe something that shouldn't be standing/be there but is.
it comes from a joke in the thumbnail of the video "19 Year Old Father OWNED in CSGO" by FranzJ, and has been used by many video creators and streamers playing fps games.
Percocet is an opioid, which has an effect similar to morphine, so you shouldn't be standing after taking 10 pills.

Refers to Kurt Angle’s run in TNA (Total Nonstop Action) , where he was often “perked up” to deal ongoing injuries. This era of Kurt Angle was legendary as he regularly did stage dives, moonsaults off cages, and had little regard for his health.
Nobody was better than “Perc Angle”.

Slang for a 30mg pill of the popular prescription opiate painkiller Percocet. Oxycodone (also known as Oxy) being the drug itself, sold under the brand name Percocet. Perc 80, and 10s are also commonly heard.
