Johnny Cash

n. A severe beating

Sometimes the only way to set someone straight is to invoke the wisdom, spirit, and life experience of the world's most respected troubadour. When diplomacy fails, you might just have to give somebody a Johnny Cash to get your point across.

1. Ah, that loudmouth over at the end of the bar stepped outta line pretty bad with that comment about my sister. I think I'll go over there and give him a Johnny Cash real quick.

never cashed

Describing a bowl of reefer that is not ready to be dumped. Even if there is only one more hit left to be had. Usually happens while in rotation before the bowl gets to me. Taking the absolute last hit and blowing the smoke out to prove that there was still something left.

Charles: Dude, this bowl is cashola!

Me: Wait wait wait, lemme see it. Dude, this bowl is never cashed!

ME: *blows out good amount of smoke, thus getting higher*

Charles: Wow, you were right. Lemme hit that.

cashed-up

v. having a lot of cash to spend.

Usually referring to "cashed-up bogans": members of the great unwashed who have come into money and are moving up in society by buying a house in a more upmarket suburb. Unfortunately, you can take the boy from Balga, but you can't take Balga from the boy.

The cashed-up bogans are taking over the neighbourhood: it's time to move house.
