A play on "GG EZ", this is said after winning against an opponent who played so poorly in a game that it was comparable to walking through calm winds.
<Person 1> bg
<Person 2> Were you even playing?
<Person 3> gg breezy
since G is next to H in the alphabet and on the keyboard, when gamers type GG it's code for HH which stands for "heil hitler".
when gamers shoot up a school they always say "GG".
this "GG code" is suspicious.
Something Jens says when Mick fucks something up.

A Discord server that’s less of a ordinary community and more of a loony bin for asylum escapees. Everyone’s slightly unhinged and gay. The environment could be described as a cult.
They’re all obsessively devoted to this one character, but saying his name is like a cursed word. Say it out loud, and suddenly the chat turns into a chaotic summoning ritual.

GG stands for "Good Game"
Re stands for "Rematch"
So, in context, after a game of Warcraft 3 DOTA, we would say "Good Game, rematch?" in chat or "Good Game, no rematch" - this was used for various things, such as "we good to play again?" or "sorry, I have to go".
This later developed into an abbreviation of either GGre or GG noRe as quick way at the end of a game to decide a rematch or not (This is when matchmaking required user input and was not an automatic rematch game i.e. you'd have to add the players specifically to the game to play)
This developed into a more expansive version as both a taunt and a cheer - GG noRe either means you're too good for a rematch or too weak for a rematch, depending on who won or loss the game.
So, depending on match context - whether the game was good for you or bad for you; GG no RE could mean a few things.
