At sea a problem can accelerate into a crisis at a rate proportional to the conditions

Imagine you are at sea and sailing along nicely a few miles off the coast of Corsica. You have the Genoa poled out and are running downwind. You are single handed. You pop down below to make yourself a cup of tea. Everything is fine. All of a sudden the wind shifts and you gybe. The pole slams across the forestay bent; the genoa is backed and the pole is trapped under the sail. As the boat lurches you are scolded with coffee. You rush on deck to sea the wind picking up and the boat floundering.
You are confident you will soon bring things under control. However, the wind is gusting alarmingly. A squawl from the hills. You cannot get the whisker pole off to furl the sail. You look up and in horror you see a ship coming at you dead ahead. The wind gusts and the boat is knocked down. You slip and land hard on deck bruising your arm.
And so it accumulates as you experience Beare's Law of Accelerating Catastrophe at Sea - BLAC.

You and your friend stand at opposite ends of a long hall, you then start accelerating towards them unti you collide with them. The game is named after particle accelerators which accelerate particle packets to near light speed before sending them into each other.

Accelerator is an Anime character from Toaru Series (Toaru Majutsu no Index, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator).
He is 16 years old and 168cm tall. He has white hair, slim body figure and red eyes. In Toaru Majutsu no Index, he was shot in the head, and because of that he needs to wear an electrode on his neck that helps him communicate and crutch that helps him walk. He usually wear white and black clothing.
His ablitity is Vector Manipulating. It's very strong ability and that's why is Accelerator the strongest esper in Academy City. In Toaru Majutsu no Index season 3, he became an angel.
Accelerator's personality is very simple. He is cold, emotionless, but he has a soft spot for Last Order (a clone of Misaka Mikoto he once saved). Misaka Worst (another clone) stated him as a tsundere, because he doesn't like to show his true feelings.
That's Accelerator. The strongest esper in Academy City.
Known as the 1st ranked level 5 in all of academy city, he's the truest villain of em all and he's a cold blooded killer............. With a soft spot for his loli sidekick (last order), he has the ability to control vectors such as momentum, heat and electricity and can even redirect the flow of blood in one's body with a single touch resulting in their organs exploding from the inside and yes he can stomp Goku's ass and can solo the dragon ball universe with the exception of angels and the Omni Kings

Accelerator is a ground tower that is really good, and is one of the two towers that cost gems. (The other one is engineer) And gems are collected by hardcore.
Just like normal modes, you get gems when losing or winning.
