People who are not from The City, such as Long Island, or West Chester, or Rockland's Country, do not have the luxury of indoor plumbing as we City folk do.
But then again, we civilized folk wouldnt have milk or meat if it wasn't four the agriculture of the Upstate New York.

Colloquialism for the area of London around Bank tube station. Lots of large international banks and law firms centre round there. So called because the area comprised the actual "City of London" administrative area."
