A small town in the People's Republic of Massachusetts, populated by people who can't live in Cambridge for one reason or another. Noted for its public school system, which is one of the worst in the state, and for the Belmont Hill School, a private all-boys school which is one of the best in the state. A Japanese princess lived near the town center for a couple of years, bringing the town a small tourist industry.

A disease, endemic to belmont hill, that involves mysterious pain in the rectum, along with strange markings on the penis, almost similar to bite marks. The cause is still being studied.
