Adjective: used to describe a person or other entity owning zero to few domain name registrations.

At one time I had registered several dozen domain names, now that I only have one (1) I am feeling domain poor.

Poor Fishing

The act of bring any amount of money (the funnest would be a lot of change) to school or any social group and you have to wait until you make a big circle. You would throw the money down on the floor and just watch your dumb ass poor friends scramble and pile each other for it.
