A stupid person. Derived from "stoopid" which, obviously, is how some stoop spelled stupid, although that is how it sounds.

A term used when talking to an extremely stupid person (a stoop). Usually used in a joking way to point out that someone is incorrect.
Peter: Why is dere a hole in da middle of dis cake????
Joe: It's a bunt, ya stoop!
Most likely involving members of the black community "posted up" on their front steps...or "stoop". Usually for a duration of time longer than the normal 8-hour workday. Most likely dressed in white-T's, sometimes involving brown paper bagged 40's, and occassionally joints behind the ear.
"You would not believe how many stoop monkeys are out today"
Any beverage (usually alcoholic) consumed on a stoop.
