When one tries a new weed (marijuana) batch/strain for the first few times, one is usually more inebriated than usual so you feel more wasted than usual. Folks might act more erratic or unlike themselves.

kapahi strain

Referring to being born or primarily raised in the Kapahi district or area, on the east side of the island of Kaua’i, Hawaii. Although the specific parameters are often in dispute, the general geographic boundaries are anywhere above (mauka of ) Menehune store.
