Popularized on the east coast (philadelphia area) in the 1990's. Commonly written on walls directly after the name of your crew. Not designated for strictly graffiti gangs, but also written by gangs that graffiti (these are two very different groups of people).

Isn’t the mathematical sentence 1 × 1 = 1 a numerical curiosity or oddity that should puzzle or excite elementary school teachers, students, and parents, because it shows the idiosyncratic or magical properties of whole numbers?
