Someone who lies for a living and coaches others to lie as well. Usually the type of person who convinces an accident victim to exaggerate or altogether make up their injures in order to get maximum dollars. Fake arms casts! Usually can be seen cavorting with equally unethical doctors who help them. Ambulance chasers are usually sociopaths who don't care who they hurt or how many lives they destroy; they will do anything for a buck.

Member of the legal profession; someone who assists accident victims in getting compensation for avoidable or, more usually, unavoidable reasons (IE being compensated for tripping over a loose floor tile). Also used to describe anyone who profits from others' misfortune.

An Ambulance Chaser is Someone who befriends an elderly person especially when they recently become widowed and they have motivation for financial gain and become a beneficiary and an executor to a will that was changed right before death.
Someone who does not care about anyone but themselves either a crooked phi·lan'thro·pist for there own mission of charity.
(n.) 1. Lowest-tier personal injury lawyer possible. Shows up at the scene of accidents/hospitals because he/she has no current casework, and probably no legal expertise, let alone being able to afford an office to work out of.
2. Zombie/Vampire/Necropheliac- cult follower looking for blood/medical supplies/cadavers -- the weirdest people in the entire world.
3. Any lazy or undermotivated individual persuing a half-baked get-rich-quick scheme.

Pretty much self defining, one who chases around ambulances. Ok, to be more specific one who chases ambulances in order to file class action and personal injury lawsuits in the name of fighting for the little guy.
